Kamadgiri Synthetics to merge Stripes Apparels Ltd

The Board of Directors of Kamadgiri Synthetics Ltd at its meeting held on April 05, 2007, has considered and approved the following decisions:

1. Amalgamation / merger of Stripes Apparels Ltd, a subsidiary of Pantaloon Industries Ltd, with the Company as a part of its expansion plan. Stripes Apparels Ltd is manufacturing and trading in readymade garments, textiles etc.

2. Appointment of valuers to decide on exchange ratio for above merger.

3. Appointment of other agencies for effecting such amalgamation / merger.
