Religare Enterprises Ltd allots 10000 Equity Shares under ESOS

The Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Religare Enterprises Ltd, in its meeting held on April 09, 2012 has allotted 10,000 Equity Shares of the Company on exercise of stock options under the Religare Enterprises Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS).
