VA Tech Wabag Ltd allots 39112 Equity Shares under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2010

The Share Allotment / Transfer Cum Investors' Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of VA Tech Wabag Ltd at their meeting held on March 29, 2012, have allotted 39,112 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each in the Company to the eligible employees pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to the employees under the Company's ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2010.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Equity Share Capital.

The VA Tech Wabag Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.428.40, up by Rs.13.40 or 3.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.429 and low of Rs.414.

The total traded quantity was 11046 compared to 2 week average of 2334.
