Core Projects & Technologies Ltd to consider acquisition of Emacs Technologies Inc

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider acquiring 100% equity stake of Emacs Technologies Inc (U.S.A) and to approve the share purchase agreement for the same.

Shares of the company closed down by Rs.3.50 or 0.57% at Rs.610.
