HT Media equity shareholders & unsecured creditors approve Scheme of Arrangement

HT Media Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders & unsecured creditors of the Company at their Court Convened Meeting held on March 26, 2007, have approved the Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger between Go4i.com (India) Pvt Ltd and the Company and their respective shareholders and Creditors.
