RPG Cables to raise Rs.105 crores from Deutsche Bank

RPG Cables Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2007, has approved raising of restructuring facilities / term finance facilities from Deutsche Bank, AG, Mumbai Branch upto an amount of Rs 105 crores to settle the dues of financial institutions / working capital bankers of the Company on one-time settlement basis and for Working Capital purpose.
