Inter Globe Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, has approve the draft specimen of Scheme of Amalgamation of Purusottam Trade Promotion Pvt Ltd, Godavari Vanijya Pvt Ltd and Rameshwaram Trexim Pvt Ltd with the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
