Alps Infosys to consider revision in structure of share capital reduction

Alps Infosys Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2007 has decided to convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders of the Company on April 17, 2007 to consider regarding revision in structure of reduction of share capital of the Company.
