Flex Industries Board declares Rs.2 interim dividend

Flex Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2007, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2/- per fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10/-each.
