Flex Industries changes name as Uflex Ltd

Flex Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has received approval from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, for the changed of name of the Company from "Flex Industries Ltd" to "Uflex Ltd".

Consequently, the name of the Company has changed to "Uflex Ltd".
