Batliboi Acquires Quickmill Inc, a Company based in Canada

Batliboi Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired Quickmill Inc., a Canada based Machine Tool Company for a consideration of approximately Rs 22 Crores in an all cash deal.

The stock was trading at Rs.102.25, up Rs.7.95 (+8.43%) compared to its previous close of Rs.94.30. The total traded quantity was 26832 at a weighted average price of Rs.100.76 against the 2 week average quantity of 10608 shares.
