Nagreeka Exports allots shares on conversion of warrants

Nagreeka Exports Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2007, has allotted 4,37,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, fully paid up, following third tranche of conversion of 4,37,000 equity linked warrants of Rs 62.25 each, issued and allotted on January 10, 2006.
