Crompton Greaves Board declares third interim dividend of 25%

Crompton Greaves Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2007, has declared a third interim dividend of 25% i.e. Rs 0.50 per share on 36,65,66,592 equity shares of Rs 2/- each, for the financial year 2006-07.
