Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to consider conversion of warrants

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2007, inter alia, for considering the conversion of Seven Lacs warrants of Rs 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs 119/- per warrant into Seven Lacs equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 119/- per share.
