EPIC Energy acquires Hydragen Infrastructures

EPIC Energy Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired 100 percent equity of Hydragen Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, (HIPL), a Bangalore based Company operating Energy Saving Devices in the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. With this acquisition, the Company has become the largest operator of Energy Saving Devices for the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, with about 3000 KVA of installed capacity, covering all the towns situated in the jurisdiction of the NMMC.
The acquisition also brings with it a large network of service infrastructure, including qualified and trained Engineers. This will enable the Company to provide efficient and scalable after sales maintenance and services to its customers.
The Company had recently acquired manufacturing facilities at Por GIDC, Vadodara. This manufacturing facility, coupled with HIPL's formidable service infrastructure, will enable the Company to enhance its value offerings to its clients, in their quest to conserve Energy. The Company's Energy Saving Devices enable its clients to save Energy between 15 and 50 percent.
