Spice Changes name of the Company to Spice Mobiles Ltd

Spice Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on March 09, 2007, has accorded their consent for the change in name of the Company from "SPICE LTD" to "SPICE MOBILES LTD" or such other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, U.P. The said change in name is subject to the approval of the Central Government and the shareholders of the Company.
