Divis Laboratories Board declares interim dividend

Divis Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007, has declared an interim dividend @ 100% (Rs 10/- per share) on Equity Capital of the Company for the financial year 2006-07 to all the Equity Shareholders.
