Ginni Filaments plant commences commercial production, declares 5% interim dividend

Ginni Filaments Ltd has announced that the Company's plant for manufacturing Nonwoven fabric, setup at Panoli (Gujarat) has commenced production on March 17, 2007 and was inaugurated by Shri. Anilbhai Patel Hon'ble Minister for Industries and Mines, Govt of Gujarat.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007, has declared interim dividend @ 5% i.e. Re 0.50 per share of Rs 10/- each in respect of the year ending March 31, 2007.
