Torrent Pharmaceuticals Board declares interim dividend

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2007 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 3/- per share on the fully paid up equity shares of Rs 5/- each for the year 2006-07.
