Shloka Infotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider there at a Scheme of amalgamation between the Company with other six Companies, Shloka Academy Pvt Ltd, Shloka Graphics Pvt Ltd, Shloka Peripheral Pvt Ltd, Shloka Finance Consultancy Pvt Ltd, Shloka Software Pvt Ltd and Shloka Publications Pvt Ltd.
