State Bank of Bikaner Updates on Tier II Bonds

State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur has announced that the Bank has decided to raise Upper Tier II capital by private placement of unsecured, redeemable, non convertible subordinate bonds aggregating to Rs 150.00 crores. The necessary approval from the Directors of the Board has been obtained.
