Rico Auto Board declares interim dividend

Rico Auto Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007, has declared an interim dividend @ 75% i.e. Rs 0.75 per Equity Share of Re 1/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 on the paid up share capital of Rs 12,55,85,000/-.
