United Breweries Board declares dividend

United Breweries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007, has approved payment of Dividend @ 3% on 17,283,000 - Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares - Series 'A' of Rs 100 each (non-Convertible) and 7,407,000 - Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares - Series 'B' of Rs 100 each at par (non-Convertible) to Scottish & Newcastle India Ltd.
