Allcargo Global Board declares second interim dividend

Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007, inter alia, has approved payment of second interim dividend of Rs 2 per share (i.e. 20% on face value) on the equity share capital of Rs 20,25,58,450/.
