Rajendra Mechanical Board declares interim dividend, fixes record date

Rajendra Mechanical Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007 has decided to declare an Interim Dividend of Rs 1.20 per share, payable to the holders of the equity shares of the Company.

March 28, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
