PVR Board declares interim dividend

PVR Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007, has declared the following:

1. Interim dividend on 5% Redeemable Preference share capital for the financial 2006-07.

2. Interim dividend @ 10% on the Equity share capital for the financial year 2006-07.
