Shivalik Global shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Shivalik Global Ltd has announced that the shareholders of the Company at its Court Convened Meeting held on February 28, 2007, the Scheme of compromise / arrangement was approved by the shareholders and the resolution was passed in favour of the Scheme of compromise / arrangement.

Hence the shareholders of the Company have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation with requisite majority.
