Aarvee Denims clarifies on news item regarding tie-up with US company

With reference to the news item appareling in a leading financial daily titled "Aarvee attracts investor interest", Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has clarified to that:

1. The Company categorically denies that the Company is close to finalizing deal with a leading US based textile Company. The Company is not in talks with the US based textile Company for any kind of deal.

2. Contrary to mentioned in news item, the Company also denies that it has plans to enter the retail market in a Big way and has plan to expand its brand line to newer range of ready to wear apparels.

3. The Company has launched its new brand "Aden", intimation of which has already been given.

4. The information regarding export revenue or the cost structure may be based on the published financial results of the Company.
