The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd at its meeting held on July 06, 2011, have allotted 46,625 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.26/- per Equity Share [comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 16/-] the optionees pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employees under the MTPL Employees Stock Option Scheme.
