Datamatics Technologies Board to consider interim dividend, fixes record date

Datamatics Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2007 to consider declaration of interim dividend for the year 2006-2007.

March 29, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
