Oudh Sugar Mills to issue 5 crore CRPS

The Board of Directors of Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd at its meeting held on June 29, 2011, has decided to issue up to 5,00,00,000 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs.10 each. The issuance of the said securities shall however be subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the General Meeting and for that purpose an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company has been convened on July 28, 2011.

The stock closed the day at Rs.32.05, up by Rs.4.35 or 15.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33 and low of Rs.29.

The total traded quantity was 98400 compared to 2 week average of 4497.
