Acknit Knitting Board declares interim dividend

Acknit Knitting Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007 has recommended payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2006-07 @ 15% on the paid up capital i.e. Rs 1.50/- per share.
