Uflex allots 30711 shares on part conversion of FCCBs

One of the FCCB holders of Uflex Ltd has exercised the option to convert the FCCBs into equity shares to the extent of US$ 100,000.

Accordingly, in terms of offering circular, Company has allotted 30,711 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the FCCB holder.

The stock closed the day at Rs.203.70, down by Rs.1.15 or 0.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.206.30 and low of Rs.199.

The total traded quantity was 2.38 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 6.69 lakhs.
