Century Textiles Board declares interim dividend

Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has declared interim dividend @ 37.5% on Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2006-07. Accordingly it works put to Rs 3.75/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each. For the previous year ended March 31, 2006 a dividend of Rs 3/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each was paid there being no interim dividend.
