Lahoti Overseas Board declares interim dividend

Lahoti Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has approved Interim Dividend @ 15% (Rs 0.30 per share) on equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
