Ashok Leyland Board to consider interim dividend

Ashok Leyland Ltd has announced that the approval of the Board of Directors is being sought, through a Circular Resolution, for payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.

The outcome of the Circular Resolution will be informed on March 21, 2007.

The Record Date for the above purpose will be March 29, 2007.
