Lakshmi Machine Board declares second interim dividend

Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has decided to pay a second interim dividend @ 250% (i.e. Rs 25/- per share) on 1,23,69,250 equity shares of Rs 10/- each absorbing a total amount of Rs 30,92,31,250/-.
