Suashish Diamonds Board declares interim dividend

Suashish Diamonds Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007, inter alia, has declared payment of Interim Dividend @ 15% on the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company i.e. Rs 1.50 per share amounting to an aggregate of Rs 3.11 crores out of the profits of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2006.
