Rolcon Engineering Board recommends interim dividend

Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007 has recommended the payment of 30% interim dividend (i.e. Rs 3.00 per equity share of paid value of Rs 10.00) for the financial year 2006-07.
