Gogia International Board to consider first interim dividend

Gogia International Securities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the declaration of First Interim Dividend to the members of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
