Syngenta India seeks EGM approval for delisting of shares

Syngenta India Ltd has announced that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on March 15, 2007, for delisting the Company's securities from the Stock Exchange, Mumbai, upon which such securities are currently listed.
