Euro Ceramics Board to consider interim dividend

Euro Ceramics Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on March 16, 2007, is postponed and scheduled to be held now on March 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To receive and take on record the Audited Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. To consider the proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.
