Himatsingka Seide Board recommends second interim dividend

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, has recommended payment of 2nd Interim Dividend of 25% (Rs 1.25 per share of Rs 5/- each).
