Sundram Fasteners declares second interim dividend

Sundram Fasteners Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, has approved payment of second interim dividend of Rs 0.45 per equity share of Re 1 each for the year ending March 31, 2007.
