FDC Board declares interim dividend

FDC Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2007, has declared an interim dividend of 100% on fully paid-up Equity Share Capital of Rs 19,14,61,102/- for the year 2006-2007.
