City Union Bank to issue Unsecured bonds

City Union Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has proposed to Issue Rs 10 Crores with Green Shoe Option of Rs 10 Crores Unsecured Redeemable Non Convertible Subordinated bonds with the following terms and conditions. The bonds are proposed to be listed at Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd whole sale debt market segment.
