Rane Holdings fixes Record Date

Rane Holdings Ltd has announced that March 27, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend.

Further the Company has informed that, the interim dividend, if any, declared by the Board of Directors, will be made payable on and from March 29, 2007.
