Shrenuj & Company allots 23500 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced with reference to the grant of options under ESOS - 2006. The ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on April 21, 2011, has allotted 23500 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS - 2006.

Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 15,20,16,990 comprising of 76008495 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.53.35, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.90 and low of Rs.53.35.

The total traded quantity was 0.15 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.95 lakhs.
