Educomp Solutions allots 35129 equity shares

Pursuant to the approval of the shareholders, granted through postal ballot on April 14, 2011, Board of Directors of Educomp Solutions Ltd through resolution by circulation on April 20, 2011 has allotted of 35,129 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 538/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 536/- per share) in accordance with SEBI (issue of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) regulations, 2009.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,18,18,902/- consisting of 9,59,09,451 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,18,89,160/- consisting of 9,59,44,580 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.465.20, up by Rs.5.50 or 1.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.468.50 and low of Rs.461.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.80 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.51 lakhs.
