Tanla Solutions Board to consider interim dividend

Tanla Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2007, for the following purposes:

1. To declare Interim Dividend.

2. To consider delisting of securities from Hyderabad Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and Madras Stock Exchange.
